SCAM SCAM SCAM
After having no contact from them and no answers to my emails, 2 weeks ago I received an email saying my piece was almost finished and would be "shipped in our next container next week". No photos as promised and no confirmation it has actually been shipped, nothing...
Good communication and excellent English (probably relying on AI) and that's where it ends. You are asked to pay upfront once a design is agreed before they will process your order. No PayPal...just direct deposit. I took a chance.
I should have paid by credit card at least I could do a charge back! That was the last time I heard from them. I have emailed the two people I heard from originally for the last 6 weeks...NADA. I have called the 1300 number..."mailbox is full".
My bank (Westpac) has requested a refund from a scam company...their bank (ANZ Oz) has not responded so it's basically "not our problem".
Website promises "money back guarantee"...with no response from them how do you get your money back? DO NOT FALL FOR THIS

ABSOLUTE CON ARTISTS!!! Ordered item Feb 21 paid $2500 deposit via bank transfer as apparently this business hasnt got a PayPal account even though selling on EBay?!?!
Told item would be 12 weeks to produce and ship. 13 MONTHS LATER demanding $2500 remaining amount be bank transferred with no proof of the item even being in the country after I requested a refund multiple times in the past 13 months they never respond to your emails or requests!!! COMPANY HAVE NOW STOP COMMUNICATION WITH ME.
NO REFUND HAS BEEN ISSUED! I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO ACCC, AUSTRALIAN CYBER CRIME, AND EBAY.
YOU ARE NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF LYING THIEVES!!!

These guys are the biggest fraud,i would not even give 1 star but there is no such option.. we ordered sofa, dining table etc and we were very excited for the furniture for our new house..first it took 1 year to recieve the furniture and when we got it..nothing is good about it, very bad quality, fake leather, sofa seats are rock hard and countless other issues..and when i raised the issues with the owner..he started ignoring me...no responses..didnt even show up for the tribunal court hearing..i want to WARN everyone do not buy from them..they are cheat...and due to all of these problems with this company and their previous business "indus valley" read reviews yourselves..they have left the country but still operating from overseas..i want to file a joint complain against them and help stop other people falling in their trap...contact me if you want to be part of it..together we can stop these cheaters operating in this country.

Took my money and never delivered
I ordered a significant amount of furniture and waited over 6 months for it to arrive due to Covid. There was no communication as to why my order was taking more than the six weeks initially told and I had to chase them several timeswhen it did finally arrive, 1 bedside table was missing and now they will not answer the phone, respond to emails or texts. My bedroom suite is now incomplete, and I am out of pocket several hundred dollars.
Everythings else I ordered, I love..but I would never buy from them again as they are too unreliable and just ignore you when you try and resolve any issues.
